Located on the Cumberland/Adair County, KY line, between Burkesville and Columbia Kentucky. These tracts offer fields and food plots, a mostly graveled private road system, pinch points, and a management plan in place the past 20+ years to grow trophy bucks. Wildlife ponds are spread throughout.
If you search your GPS for "White Hill Church, Breeding, KY" it will take you to the (sometimes) gated entrance road. An appointment is needed to show you around most tracts. This farm is enormous and you'll need to be shown property corners and roads.
This property is off a main highway only 10-15 minutes from Columbia, KY and Burkesville, Kentucky. These tracts are off the highway and are accessed by a 50' wide private road system. Roads are generally fairly level ridge top roads, mostly graveled with a base rock, giving good access to all tracts but may require four-wheel-drive in some weather conditions.

Tract 14A, $108,000 - 52.1 ac m/l: This tract includes one half acre field and wildlife pond , and another 1/4 acre plot further back. The tract is off grid and over a mile off the highway, but there's a mostly flatter and mostly graveled shared road into it. An AWD vehicle is a good idea in some weather conditions. This tract lays on both sides of the roadway and near the end of it. Timber was never select cut on most of this tract since approx 25 years ago, so it is open hardwoods, with some thickets around the 1/2 acre field that used to be a larger field. It has a high amount of deer and turkey traffic from along the intersecting ridges.
