Tract 11- $72,000, 10.2 Acres: This mini-farm includes 10.2 acres with a large amount of spring-fed stream frontage. The field is mostly flatter bottomland perfect for animals. Also included is a small wooded area that looks promising for hunting alongside and on other side of the stream. Electric nearby could be extended. It will take about 1/4 mile trench to attached to city water near the barn on tract 3, but it is all downhill to the tract. Fiber internet can be extended to the tract also. Buyer to verify any details. Two transmission lines do cross the field area, which limits building sites to areas outside of their right-of-way.
